Come See The Difference.
“To start, I'm a very critical, skeptical person and do not give great reviews unless truly warranted.
With that said, Christy is an absolutely amazing, caring, and intelligent physical therapist. She truly has a passion for what she does.
I came to her with persisting back pain, neck pain, and high urge to use the restroom and felt helpless especially when working a physically demanding job with long hours and taking care of two very needy toddlers. This has been my life ever since I started having children in 2018.
A little about myself, I'm a physical therapist assistant and I bend over to work on people all day, (yes even therapists need help from time to time) It's very demanding to say the least. My coworkers have been helpful in managing some of my pain, but none of them are specialists in pelvic floor/post partum care. Through her guidance (and some self accountability) most of my issues have been resolving. I have become more functionally strong, increased my muscle endurance, and have improved overall in many aspects of my physical and mental health. And although I cannot say my pain has completely resolved, much of my pain now is due to the nature of my job. This is an amazing improvement considering I was constantly in pain regardless of work or home related duties. I'm also much more in control of my bladder! The progress I have experienced is encouraging that I don't have to feel miserable or in constant pain.
Just remember this one tip, spend money to take care of your health. From my personal experience as a health care provider, you need to first care for yourself if you're ever going to take care of others and not constantly being in pain, or feeling miserable. Christy is arguably the best Physical Therapist I know, and I would recommend her to anyone.

“I am pregnant with my second child, and I’ve had a healthy but uncomfortable pregnancy this time around. I didn’t learn about pelvic floor therapy until after I had my first baby so this was my first experience with it while pregnant. I was recommended to Christine by a friend who had recently started seeing her and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her experience. I started seeing her around 35 weeks pregnant. I had been experiencing chronic lower belly and lower back pain that was sometimes debilitating, and my baby was in an awkward, uncomfortable position. After the first appointment, I felt drastically different. She spent so much time listening to me and really looking for what the cause of the pain was. I have had a lot of body work this pregnancy, but she was the first one to catch all the things going on. I left feeling hopeful and empowered and so much better. She taught me ways to keep my body feeling better, too. I’ve continued to see her weekly, and my body and my baby’s position have totally transformed. She is so encouraging and knowledgeable, and she is such a good teacher. I always leave feeling uplifted and I understand my body so much better now. Her wisdom and experience are obvious. I’ve already told everyone I know to go see her. I am so grateful to have found her, and I’m going into birth confident. I also know my postpartum experience will be completely different from my first baby because I’ll have her on my team. I’m looking forward to continuing to see her and discovering all the ways I can actually be and feel my best!

“I am getting a lot better movement on my affected area. Christine has helped me tremendously with what she is doing. Surgery was recommended, but with this therapy, it is not necessary. Please check her out before thinking of surgery. Christine is very good at what she does.”

“Dr. Christy is the absolute best! At 15 weeks into my third pregnancy I already had a 3 finger diastasis recti and very weak pelvic floor so I decided to start physical therapy right away. I was told I would most likely end up with a large 5 finger separation (DR) and herniate my belly button, none of which ended up happening. I also had bladder prolapse in my pregnancy that I was able to manage thanks to the amazing Dr. Christy! I'm now working with her postpartum and healing my body to get back to my normal exercise routine! I know how hard it is to take time for yourself and this is definitely something that is worth it to "be your best mama" you can be!”

“I recently started PT with Christine. In a little over a month's time, she has improved my life. My health, my attitude, and much more. She's so knowledgeable about what she does. I feel confident that I can do what she asks of me, because she's confident in what she does. She's fun, too! She laughs at my stories, so I can say that. Lol I'm so happy I'm able to have her as my PT coach. Life is just going to get better & better as she & I keep working & making progress with my healing process from an old injury. I drive almost an hour each week to see her. I would crawl if I had to, that's how wonderful she is!”
